All payment are made in cooperation with Klarna, which is Scandinavian leading provider of payment services.

Delivery time for shipping within the EU are estimated to 3-5 working days. We deliver our orders outside of Sweden with UPS Sevice point and PostNord.

Important: Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you recive the delivery. Goods with visable external shipping damage should be claimd from us, you have to have the damage note on your bill of landing from the shipping company in connection with the receipt. ask the driver to note the damage. If yoy should discover hidden defects/ transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible to us. At any transport damage contact info@hahabag.se and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possible damage packaging and provide the email with your order number. For us to be able to claim damage goods to the shipping company, we need to notify transport damage within 1-3 working days.

You have full right to return your order within 30 days from when you received the goods, providing that you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged and in original packaging. Please always contact us if you want to return an order to secure the right procedure.

Our no noncent policy will ensure the customer a replacement of damage product at any time.
